Biography

As child my dream was to become Conductor ...

But my first love was the piano

I am really grateful to my dad, for having supported be learning classical piano 10 years long.

Between 6 and 11 I had the grace to learn classical piano in Udine, at the private college “Suore Dimesse”

Then from 12 to 17 I had several piano teachers in Verona.

Through a sport accident I move to wind instruments at age of 40.

It was after a karate training in preparation for my brown belt that suddenly I had strong pain in my right hand. Physicians discovered several fractures of the meniscus, that would prevent me to use the right hand for almost anything.

Through a grace, suddenly the pain gone away, but then i could no longer play piano, and moved to Tenor Saxophone, since it was close enough to Jazz – something i did between 20 and 40.

However, it was only when I passed my certifications as wind conductor, that all my saddeness disappeared and permanently am fulfilled by the purpose of my life.
